Our planning process begins with the initial site assessment, and continues right through to contract mobilisation. Once the contract has commenced, we remain completely focused on the day-to-day operational issues, delivering the nuts and bolts of the cleaning specification. Planning continues to play an important role during client review meetings, which are often used to discuss the quality of cleaning, or further enhancements to the specification. These meetings frequently generate innovative solutions which are quickly implemented, and this has proved to be a valuable and effective use of all management time.
